Sales Consultant
It was a few stages and all of them well organized, I was treated very well. There were two tests, Math and Portuguese, then the interview with HR, after this third stage, the interview with the manager and I give my praise to Letícia from Gupy for the whole process of document submission. Thanks Letícia.
- Describe your responsibilities in your last job
Sales Consultant
It was an online interview, which was very good. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and was always very friendly. She asked questions about my past at other companies and how I imagined my future at TIM.
- Did you consider career growth?
- How do you envision your future with TIM?
- Tell me about your experience at previous companies.
Sales Consultant
The entire process was improvised and they were not punctual with the scheduled time. Everything happened on Skype in the manager's office in a store at Shopping Parangaba, with people coming and going and employees training on other computers. The manager seemed apathetic, and the interviewer in Recife didn't follow a script, asking questions randomly.
- Do you use the operator's services?
