First, there was an online meeting with candidates from various cities for positions in 4 different cities, where everyone introduced themselves. I was selected for an interview with the store manager in my city, but during the online meeting, she didn't show up and didn't explain why. Only 2 days after the scheduled date, they contacted me to see if I could participate in an interview again.

Group Case Behavioral

The interview started with a group activity. It was pretty chill, we had to introduce ourselves and then solve a case. Of course, as usual, there's always someone who doesn't let others speak... This kind of interview is awful, but if you're the type to 'run over' others, you'll do well. Obviously, there was no feedback, and to make matters worse, they emailed me about the next phase... which NEVER happened. The email said to prepare for an individual interview, but zero follow-up.

The TIM 2021 Internship Program had quite a few steps in its Selection Process. It started with Online Registrations, followed by Online Assessments (online tests), then an Online Group Activity (CYBER DG), a Meeting with Managers, and finally the Final Interview. Everything was done 100% remotely because of the pandemic. It was a unique experience in every way. The professionals were really focused on giving us as much information as possible and picking candidates who were a good fit for the role, meaning it's a two-way street, both for the company and the candidate.
