The interview process was well-structured and humanized. I spoke first with HR and then with the sector management. All the details of the vacancy were clearly communicated, and it seemed like a great opportunity, but unfortunately, I didn't pass this time. I hope to work at Tim in the future.

I was an intern when an analyst job was available in an internal opportunity. My CV fit the criteria, so I was interviewed by HR. The HR consultant assessed my suitability for the job. Then, I was referred to the area manager for another interview. This interview focused on how my past experiences would apply to the new role. Since I met most of their requirements, I was offered the position. There were no logic tests or tricky questions, just a general fit assessment.
