The interview process was great. I started with an online test covering logical reasoning, Portuguese language, and typing skills. The next stage involved a group dynamic exercise with 9 participants from various departments, and the competition for the position was quite balanced. We were divided into groups and tasked with discussing and justifying the dismissal of a certain type of employee within a company. The opening session provided details about the role and benefits. I received a rejection email the same day.
