SEO Executive
I applied for this SEO role because I want to transition into SEO after 5 years in marketing, though I haven't had much SEO exposure yet. I've been upskilling and expressed my interest. The recruiter mentioned they'd check with the hiring manager. The first step was a 30-minute call with talent acquisition. The second interview was with the head of department and hiring manager. I think the final stage would have been in-person with a task, but I'm not sure as I haven't heard back. They mentioned they had one more candidate to interview after me and would decide by the following Monday. I followed up via email the next week and the week after, but haven't heard anything, so I'm assuming they've gone with someone else. It's quite disappointing to be left in the dark.

Management Accountant
The hiring process was straightforward and well-organized. It went from application to selection, and then the interview. I liked how the HR team kept me in the loop and was easy to contact. The interview was professional yet chill, and I got to discuss my past work and ideas. All in all, it was a smooth and good experience.

Country Executive
I applied in November for a Country Executive role and didn't hear back for a month, which was a bit worrying given the Black Friday rush. I ended up having two interviews with different hiring managers who were great to talk to. The interviews felt a bit repetitive, but that actually helped me feel more prepared. Then, I was asked to create a presentation with a deadline right before the Christmas holidays. The hiring manager mentioned it was an urgent role with an early 2025 start. I was open to relocating, and they seemed accommodating about my start date. After submitting the presentation, I heard nothing for two weeks, even after asking if it was accessible. I followed up in January, and HR said they couldn't access the file and asked me to resend it. It was obvious they hadn't checked their email promptly and weren't managing the candidate process well. The hiring manager probably thought I'd dropped out. I resent the presentation and asked about my standing in the process, the start date, and if they'd hired someone else, but got ghosted. Then, at the END OF MARCH, I got another email from the same HR inviting me to a face-to-face interview. This was after I'd essentially passed all stages and was waiting for an offer. It's crazy that it took them 5-6 months to fill what seemed like an entry-level position. It might have been a good thing I didn't end up there, considering the company's poor retention rates. It's a shame because I really liked the interviewers and thought we'd work well together, but I wouldn't recommend applying.

Content Executive
The interview process had 3 stages. It started with a recruiter call, followed by 2 stages with the hiring team. During the second stage, they started interviewing me for a second position I didn't apply for, which highlighted their disorganization. In the final stage, I met with the marketing director who seemed completely uninterested. She spent the whole interview looking around, at her nails, and generally not paying attention. The whole experience felt chaotic. The job was advertised as entry-level, but they ended up hiring someone with years of experience.
