It was a straightforward interview process with excellent communication throughout. I first connected with their internal recruitment team for an initial phone conversation, and they helped organize the subsequent interviews. The process included one interview with the hiring manager via Teams, followed by a second in-person interview with the hiring manager and another manager.

I was contacted on LinkedIn by an in-house recruiter. I had a screening call with them, then video interviews with the head of the team and two senior team members. The interviews were casual and unstructured. Views on working arrangements differed: one member suggested a return to 5 days/week in office, which seems unnecessary for digital business. The last interviewer was aggressive, asking why I left my previous role and trying to sell me a different role despite my interest in project management. They didn't allow time for my questions, which felt rude. I never heard back after the final round, despite following up with HR. It was disheartening and felt like a waste of time without feedback.

It was super fast! I got a call from a Talent Partner, and they asked me to do a phone interview just two hours later. Right after that phone interview ended, they invited me for an in-person interview that same afternoon. When I got there later that day, I met with a Talent Partner and then the hiring manager.
