Initially sent over my CV with some answers to general questions. Then had to do a task which consisted of creating a marketing campaign across a key sales period. Lastly, invited to an assessment day which included group tasks and individual interviews with managers. The first few stages were fairly slow in terms of getting a response, had to chase a few times when hiring managers didn't update me past when they said they would. Whole application process was from November - February.

It was a two-round interview process with three different interviewers. One task had to be done during the interview, and another one was assigned to be sent after the interview. The interviewers were really friendly and genuinely interested in getting to know me.

It was pretty standard. Found the job on Linkedin and applied soon after. First, I had a phone chat with the internal recruiter to make sure I was real, went over my experience, why I wanted this specific role, and how I'd be a good fit. It was super chill and friendly. After that, I was given a presentation task to complete within a week. Then, I had a video call with my potential manager and their senior. I presented my 10-minute presentation, and they gave feedback. After that, they asked more general interview questions. The whole thing lasted about 50 minutes. It was very casual, felt like chatting with friends. The next week, the recruiter called with a job offer. The entire process took about 3 weeks.
