The interview process involved three stages: first, a chat with a senior recruiter, then a meeting with the head of the department, and finally, an interview with the director. All of these were done online because of Covid. It was pretty professional overall, although it felt a bit disorganized at times.

Applied online. Had a random phone screen which we had to reschedule to a video interview. It was a really nice, positive experience, and the interviewer said they'd get back to me in a few days. Then... nothing. I followed up twice to ask what happened, but didn't hear back at all. Completely ghosted.
