I made it to the final round, but honestly, the whole experience was pretty disappointing. It felt like a one-way street the whole time. A bunch of the interviewers seemed really checked out, just going through a checklist, which made it hard to have a real conversation. They were also super vague about what the job actually entails. When I asked about daily tasks or team goals, they just skirted the issue. One interviewer was cool and engaged though.

The interview process involved a recruiter call, then a chat with the Team Manager. After that, there was a technical interview with some team members. Finally, I had an interview with the Product Owner, Quality, and Design folks. There was some downtime between interviews, and the whole thing took about a month.

I had a good interview experience with TKWW. They were very responsive and professional. I first had a phone interview with the recruiter and then an online meeting with the director of product design. I didn't get the offer but the recruiter kindly provided me some feedback.

I had a 30 minute call with a recruiter first, and it went really well. She gave me good feedback and set up my next interview with two Assistant Directors for the next day. It was a Google meet and honestly one of the worst interview experiences I've had. They seemed to have already made up their minds. Even though they said they liked my resume, they grilled me about not having the 'right' experience, pressured me on salary expectations when I wouldn't give a specific number, asked if I was applying elsewhere, and barely responded genuinely to anything I said. I haven't heard back from the recruiter, but I'm pulling out because I wouldn't want to work for those Assistant Directors.
