Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The Knot Worldwide.

The interview went well, but then I didn't hear back and my option totally changed. Based on other reviews, it seems like they ghost candidates a lot, which is a bummer. If you make candidates take time to interview, you owe them a response. It was super unprofessional and a letdown.

The TKWW interview process was pretty fast and really kept me engaged. They always gave me enough notice to schedule the interviews, and it was clear all the interviewers had prepped for our chats. What I really liked was how good the team was at keeping me in the loop. I never felt like I didn't know what was going on, or like they just forgot about me. So, to sum it up, my interview journey had a recruiter chat, then the hiring manager talked to me, after that I did a project that was specific to the job, and then I had three meetings with team members to check if I'd be a good culture fit.
- What about this job and TKWW makes you want to work here?
Copywriter
The interview process went smoothly and I felt incredibly valued throughout my entire experience. I had an introductory call, an interview with my hiring manager, a work assignment, and then a panel interview with three members of the team. With each interview, I was asked fair questions that helped me understand the scope of the job, the company as a whole, and the pain points that need to be resolved. Overall, I had a positive experience interviewing for my position. I felt a great deal of chemistry with each of the people I spoke with, which goes a long way in both the interview process and, eventually, the role itself.
