Product Launch Manager
The hiring process was pretty fast. First, there was a phone call with the recruiter. They check if you're available, and then ask a question about your experience with launching new products to see how your English is. After that, I had another interview with the hiring manager, and the last one was with HR.
- Can you describe your experience with new product launches?
Commercial Excellence Analyst
The process included: - An initial call with an external Recruiter/Talent Acquisition to check expectations, motivation, and profile alignment. - An English test via a call with an external company, with simple questions. - You must agree and sign for a background check for security purposes. - An interview with the hiring manager, which could be one or more rounds, to deeply evaluate experience, motivation, and expectations. - An interview with HR. - An offer letter if the process is successfully completed.
- What motivates you to join Teva?
- Describe how you would manage a situation where you made an error in your analysis or report delivery.
Project Specialist
I went through 3 interview rounds for this role, and it was a pretty good experience overall. I even got some good feedback. The last interview was in person at the office to meet the team. Things felt like they were going well and headed in a positive way, but then I never heard back. I tried reaching out to HR a couple times and still no response. It's frustrating to have put in so much time and effort only to be ghosted by the company. I get that they might have been swamped with applicants, but a simple email letting me know would have been appreciated since I took time off work to go to the office and meet them. I was left completely in the dark, which felt really unprofessional to me.
- Can you describe how you manage projects when their direction changes?
Manager
Had an initial chat with HR about salary expectations and my past experience. Then, I interviewed with the hiring manager. This part was mainly behavioral questions, plus some questions about my work history. I was told I did well and was being considered, but then I heard nothing back. I followed up several times, but no response. HR said the hiring manager was busy with audits, so I eventually stopped trying.
- Regarding the design of a liquid piping system, what is the appropriate velocity?
