& Process

After contact from an employment agency, I had an interview first with the site's technical manager and then with the site's HR manager, both remotely. The selection process did not then proceed to the final step.

I applied online and heard back from the recruiter about a week later. The initial screening went fine, and then I had a phone interview with two associate directors. A few days after that, the recruiter emailed to set up a face-to-face interview. The first in-person discussion, which felt like the most important one, involved about six people – a Senior Director, a Director, and an Associate Director. They mostly asked general questions about my past work and what was expected of me. We also had an interesting discussion about the future of the clinical industry and what will be crucial in the coming years. The second meeting was with the team I would have been working with, and we talked about how tasks are accomplished, the tools Teva uses, and the tools I've used in the past. Everyone was professional and clearly knew their stuff.

I had a phone interview, then a zoom interview, and finally a face-to-face interview. The questions were good and the interview was really nice. After that, I got a take-home assignment that wasn't too long and really reflected what the position requires.
