The interview process included a virtual group activity session which was quite intense, with about 12 people in a group chat debating. It was chaotic, and some people didn't get a chance to speak. The interviewer claimed they could identify and pick candidates throughout this process, which the candidate found nonsensical. No response was received, and the candidate lost interest in the company, questioning their selection standards. Even if an offer were extended, the candidate felt the company wasn't worth working for. Despite polite interviewers, they seemed unaware of the candidate's background, showing a lack of preparation and organization. The tasks and problems for the debate were unclear, leading to a funny interview and a bad experience overall. The candidate considers it a red flag company and would not apply again.

I had a straightforward Teams interview with the Director and an Associate. A recruitment consultant, who is external, arranged it. They were flexible with the availability for arranging the time and date. I wasn't offered the job as apparently my salary expectations are too high, despite them being aware of my salary prior to the interview.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process had three 30-minute interviews. First, I talked with HR, then with two pairs of team members. Everyone was nice and knew their stuff, and the questions were easy to understand. It felt good the whole time, and one of the senior folks even said, “Well, we definitely want you,” when we finished. But then, I didn't hear anything for 2.5 weeks, and finally got an automated rejection email with no explanation. The process started well but ended badly and unprofessionally.

I applied online and was contacted. Two weeks later, I had a screening call, which was a video call on Teams with two friendly HR officers. They spoke positively about Tetra and discussed the job description and their culture. A week after that, I was scheduled for a panel interview with three MEL Specialists. They were nice and professional and asked many questions to assess my suitability for the role.
