Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Tetra Tech.
Engineer
Everything was coordinated through a recruiter who was great. Multiple 30 minute interviews with different team members. They were very transparent about what they were looking for, their timeline, and other candidates.
- What are your long term goals?
Engineer
The interview process was really long and not very clear about what was going on. I ended up having to take another job because I didn't know when I'd hear back from you guys.
- What are your hobbies outside of work?
Project Engineer
First, I spoke with HR, which was pretty straightforward. Then, I had a round with the hiring manager where I needed to talk about project management and the tests performed during commissioning. Make sure you're ready for that part.
- Can you answer technical questions about equipment commissioning?
- Describe your project management experience.
- What commissioning tests have you conducted?
