Interview is much easier as they always need more people. People in and out is very frequent and bit poor management based on no promotion. Traveling around will take in place every week if you like flying which should be fit for you.

I applied online initially, then there was an online test and a panel discussion with other applicants (7+ people online). After that, I was invited to an assessment centre. This included a group discussion task (8+ people working on one task) and a presentation, followed by an individual interview. It took over a month for them to get back to me, longer than they first said. The rejection email didn't offer any useful feedback. I followed up, but the contact couldn't give more details.
