I had a casual video call with HR. It lasted about 30 minutes. They asked general questions about my current job and what I'm seeking. I didn't apply for this; they reached out on LinkedIn. They also inquired about my salary expectations and asked me to send my CV afterward. It was a very laid-back conversation.

Thorough interview process assessing candidates through multiple ways including group tasks and individual basis. Had to work as a team and show to the panel how you can lead the team and work together without coming across as arrogant and egotistical. Was an interesting process and a good experience getti by to know a variety of people.

Applied online, then a PM called me about a week later to talk about my experience. I went in for an in-person interview a week after that with the PM and three other team members, which went really well. A few days later, I had another phone interview and they said I'd hear back about next steps soon. But then they totally ghosted me. I followed up twice with the PM and HR over the next two weeks to see if I was still being considered, but got no response. I only found out I didn't get the job when I checked my application status online. Super unprofessional. Also, I got a really bad vibe during the interview – they hinted at 12+ hour workdays with pay that wouldn't match. They stressed that people there spend weeks away from home and clearly hate it. Left a bad impression.
