I got a call with someone at the Chantilly, Virginia branch asking me a couple questions about the job. After answering the questions I scheduled the interview for the following week. The day of the interview I interviewed with two of the project managers for about 30 minutes. They then explained that the process would be that I would be interviewed by several different people for about 30 minutes each, which I was not aware of ahead of time. I only ended up interviewing with three other people for a total of an hour and 15 minutes and it went fine, but I would have liked to been made aware of the interview style before walking into the interview. Everyone was very respectful and nice to talk to. They answered any questions I had to the best of their ability and I had a good time talking with them. One negative was that they said they would let me know in two days and it took me calling and emailing them before I got a response the next week. I didn't get the job but once I got a hold of them, they were very nice and let me know why and what I could do to improve, encouraging me to apply again for a position in the future.

I interviewed with two women at Tetra Tech in Ann Arbor. They seemed unprepared, slow with questions, and took notes everywhere, even on my resume. Despite this, they were casual and friendly. I felt good about it since it was entry-level and I had four environmental internships. They said I'd hear back within a week if I got the job or not. I sent a thank you note and waited. After a week, I followed up via email and left a voicemail about my interest and if a decision was made. It's been about 4 weeks with no response, not even a rejection email. I found this unprofessional and rude, especially since usually they tell you if you don't hear back, you didn't get the job. They could at least mention this possibility, especially after I left a voicemail. I was very disappointed; they should at least show basic courtesy to candidates who are interested.

First, I had a phone screen with someone from a talent agency. After that, I had a Teams meeting with the hiring manager. The whole thing took about 30 minutes. They asked a lot of typical interview questions. I thought it was pretty easy.
