Then, recruiters start hunting for people on LinkedIn, job sites, or through friends. You send in your resume, portfolio, and a cover letter. After that, either a computer or a person looks at your resume for the right keywords and experience. Finally, there's a quick chat with a recruiter, like 15-30 minutes.

It was a pretty simple, conventional intro interview with HR. It lasted about 30 minutes. They asked typical questions about my previous experience, roles, responsibilities, etc. I was told I'd hear back about the next steps in a few days, but I never got any response or feedback, even after sending several emails asking for an update. It's unacceptable treatment for candidates, a shame, and very unprofessional.

They asked about my background and my knowledge of GUI concepts, specifically in languages like Python and Java. They were also keen on seeing my project work and wanted to gauge my experience with real-time projects.

I had three interviews with Temenos: first with HR, second with a manager, and a third with someone from another team. The feedback was generally very positive, and the interview experience itself was enjoyable. The salary offered was a bit below market, but I was willing to make the effort. However, after the final interview, I didn't hear back for a while. After I followed up, I learned that the recruitment for this position was ultimately canceled, without anyone informing me beforehand. I found this regrettable, especially since I had completed three interviews. Although the experience with HR was positive up to that point, this situation disappointed me. It gives an impression of a lack of communication and seriousness, especially coming from a company that works with banks.
