Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Temenos.
Senior Specialist
First, there was a telephonic round, which was like a screen round. If that went well, we moved to a face-to-face technical interview, and then another technical interview in the office. Finally, there was a manager round, which is usually the last step.
- Can you describe real-time scenarios and how you would handle them with appropriate mitigation and root cause analysis (RCA) steps?
- In terms of your technical abilities, what high-level technical questions can we expect?
Subject Matter Expert
It was a professional and well-organized process. They kept me updated on the next steps. There was a phone screening, followed by 1:1 interviews, and then a group/panel interview which included a presentation. The conversation was structured yet open-ended. In total, there were 4 interviews. The interviewers were very intelligent, and it's a team that's difficult to join.
- Can you elaborate on your industry knowledge?
- How well do you understand this specific role?
- Could you share details about your past work experience?
Specialist
First, we had mail communication about the opening. Then, there was an in-person interview with the manager or senior management to discuss the role. If that went well, HR would discuss the salary components. Finally, we received communication via mail regarding the offer and proposed components.
- Can you describe your understanding of process and CMMI areas?
- Could you please introduce yourself?
- What prompts your decision to seek a new role?
