Systems Engineer
It was a walk-in face-to-face technical interview, focusing heavily on problem-solving. They had a friendly approach, where they'd define and explain the problem first, then help you solve it step-by-step, aiming for efficiency (like going from an O(n^2) to an O(n log n) solution). They observed if you could take hints and improve your solution. It was a great interview experience.
