Software Engineer
So interviews are kinda like a journey to see if you and the company vibe, y'know? Here's how it usually goes, takes like 30 lines to explain: First, the company figures out they need someone and what they're looking for. Then, recruiters start hunting for people on LinkedIn, job sites, or through friends. You send in your resume, portfolio, and a cover letter. After that, either a computer or a person looks at your resume for the right keywords and experience. Finally, there's a quick chat with a recruiter, like 15-30 minutes.
