Temenos Business Analyst Interview Questions

I applied through Consultancy WeRecruit. There were 3 rounds of Interview, all with Temenos’s Managers, each with 2 panel members. The experience was very bad. First Round was okay. For the Second round, they called me to the office and asked similar questions. Then, a 3rd round with a senior Manager involved again similar questions. They were looking for strong Fund Accounting knowledge, which I don't have much of, but they kept selecting me for further rounds. Eventually, the Consultancy said Temenos’s HR would call, but they never did. I could only contact the consultancy, and they kept saying HR was busy with “Internal Discussion“. I waited weeks but got no call, not even a rejection email. I'm unsure of their intention in conducting these interviews just to ghost at the end. Worst hiring process ever. No Ethics!

I first had a call with the consultant company, and they set up the interview with Temenos based on when I could do it. There were two interview rounds, each with two people on the panel. The whole interview process happened in one day. About a week later, HR called me to talk about compensation. They gave me the offer letter within two weeks. I had to go to their office to pick up the offer letter in person; they don't mail it.

There are 3 rounds in the interview process. The first is a basic technical round, the second is to discuss projects and tools used in detail, and the third is an HR round for salary negotiation. Depending on interview feedback and the seniority of the position, there might also be a VP round.
