First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Stellantis.
Call Center Agent
First, I did some research on the company and looked at my profile. Then, I greeted them, introduced myself, and tried to build some rapport. We then exchanged questions about my experience, skills, and training. Finally, I gave them a chance to ask any questions they had and explained what the next steps would be. The recruiter then evaluated everything and made a decision.
- ¿En dónde resides?
- ¿Cuáles son tus estudios terminados?
- ¿Conocías la empresa?
Business Controller
The recruitment process for the V.I.E Business Controller at Stellantis in Amsterdam took about two weeks. It started with an HR interview (around 30 minutes) where they asked about my academic and professional background, my motivation for the role and Stellantis, and practical details like availability and moving. Then, I had a one-hour interview with the manager, focusing on more technical aspects of controlling, P&L, and provisions, as well as the daily tasks and my ability to work independently and with different people. Finally, there was a 30-minute final interview with the Finance Director, which was more of a fit interview and a review of my career path.
- Could you present your CV and professional background?
- What makes you want to pursue this V.I.E opportunity with Stellantis?
- What is appealing about working in the Netherlands for you?
Area Manager
I had one call with a recruiter and then a teams call with 2 managers. The second interview went well but the company has been extremely awful with any sort of communication. It has been over a month since the second interview. I have reached out multiple times to get an answer on the position and all I am told is that they are "waiting on word". Extremely frustrating and even if they were to offer the position, I'd be less inclined to take it. If a potential employer fails to clearly communicate if you got a job or not then I can't imagine what it's like internally.
- Tell me about a time you had to manage conflicting opinions within a team.
- How do you handle disagreements among team members?
Sales Executive
First, there's a screening call, either phone or video, to check if you're a good fit, see your language skills, and understand your motivation. Then, you'll have a second interview, which might be in person or hybrid, with the team or manager in Frankfurt. This part will likely involve discussing your communication abilities, interest in PR, and possibly a task or case study related to PR or communications. Finally, they'll make a decision and extend an offer (or not), after which you'd negotiate things like your start date and contract duration.
- Can you describe how you manage stress?
