It was a good experience. We had a group assessment centre and an individual interview. During the assessment centre, we had a case study and had to work together to present an idea, with senior members and line managers observing. Afterwards, two people interviewed me individually. They were really nice, which helped me feel less anxious. I appreciated getting an update the very next day.

Behavioral Group Presentation

I had two interviews, one where the area had no relation to my studies. The second was in my area of expertise. From what I could tell, they liked my profile (so much so that I was called twice for a manager interview), but for some reason, they didn't hire me. I strongly believe there were referred candidates in the group activity, as that's the only way to justify them not proceeding with me or other more suitable candidates. It's disrespectful to candidates who dedicate themselves, skip classes to complete the stages, and don't get a decent response.
