I interviewed at this company a few years back as a sophomore in college, getting an interview through a referral. The interviewers were really rude, making faces and frowning. When I asked for feedback later, the interviewer accused me of sleeping with someone related to an employee to get the interview, called me a slur, and asked about my parents' jobs. This made me feel ashamed, embarrassed, and less confident for future internships. It was offensive, and I was shocked at 19. I don't know if this is typical, but the interviewer seemed senior. They also compared me negatively to another candidate from CMU after I asked for feedback. The interviewer was very hostile. I wouldn't recommend this company. The questions felt like nonsensical brain teasers.

If you're applying for a technical role, you might have to do a technical assessment to show your skills, like coding, problem-solving, or answering tech questions. If you get past that, you'll have a first interview with the hiring manager to talk about your experience, skills, and how you tackle problems. Then, you might get a panel or second-round interview with a few team members who'll ask more detailed questions about your tech skills and how you work. The final stage is meeting with senior management to chat about how you'd fit into the company culture, your future goals, and if you get what our mission is all about. If everything goes well, you'll get a job offer and can talk about the terms.

So, the process usually has a few steps. You start by sending in your application, then there are screening interviews, some technical tests, and maybe a final chat. It's all about seeing if you've got the skills, experience, and if you'd fit in, you know?
