Engineering Intern
First an interview with HR, then a group interview where we have to do a group activity and answer some personal questions, then whoever advances has an individual interview and then the pre-employment checks.
- What is your greatest fear?
Engineering Intern
The whole process for me had 4 interviews. First, a phone call with HR from Adecco. The second stage was a group one with 2 ladies from Adecco HR too. Then I moved on to the Assessment Center (a group interview, but already with the teams I could potentially join). Lastly, I had a phone interview with Stellantis HR, who told me I'd passed to the pre-employment medical exams.
- Why did you choose your career path?
- What can you contribute to the company?
- What are your salary expectations?
Engineering Intern
It was a very good interview, the interviewer conducted it very well. I felt very comfortable speaking about myself and my experiences. She was very personal and showed interest in what I was saying and my general personal and professional experiences. I really liked the interview.
- Tell me a little about yourself.
- What is your main quality?
- Why did you choose the degree you are currently pursuing?
