A ManPower representative contacted me on LinkedIn for Stellantis. We arranged a phone interview, followed by a video call with the ManPower company representative. The initial offer was for one role, but during the interview, they proposed two others (one in Modena), giving me 30 minutes to decide. That already says a lot. Finally, there was a technical interview with the Stellantis manager. They rejected me because I was continuing with my master's degree (which they knew from the beginning).
