The process has 4 stages: interview, dynamic test, pre-employment medical exam, and integration. They are long stages but worth it. Be in good health and you will be fit for the job. The company offers profit sharing, food at the local restaurant, great health plans with Hospital Português/Unimed, and its own company health plan, salary above minimum, charter bus, among many other things.

Para a minha primeira impressão, foram etapas bem significativas. Tive uma entrevista com o gestor que foi muito simpático comigo. Depois passei para o teste psicológico e de coordenação, nos quais também fui aprovado. Em seguida, fui para o exame médico, onde realizei exame de sangue e depois fui para a avaliação com o clínico da empresa. Aparentemente, estava tudo ok. Recebi uma mensagem perguntando se eu tinha disponibilidade de horário e respondi que sim. Depois disso, fui informada que haveria vagas temporárias e perguntou se eu tinha interesse. Respondi que sim. E depois fui descartada. Não entendi nada! Agora, final de Outubro, faz 6 meses a partir do exame médico e pretendo refazer minha candidatura, pois sempre sonhei em trabalhar lá.
