First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Stellantis.
Analyst
The online process was very long and disorganized. They gave us the wrong meeting dates and changed them 10 minutes before, rescheduling them for another day. The consultancy showed poor organization.
- Tell me about your studies and work experience.
- What are your salary expectations?
Pricing Analyst
I was contacted directly by my would-be Senior Manager. After a ~40 minute interview to understand my university background, I was asked some technical questions about how I approach problems and then some questions to understand my personality. In a second interview, I was informed of the positive outcome of the first interview, and after some further clarification on the role, I had a week to decide.
- Your analytical approach to processes and your problem-solving versatility?
- How do you analytically approach processes and your versatility in problem-solving?
- Your university educational background?
Analyst
The process was really smooth, starting with an HR phone call. Then, you'll have an interview with either your direct manager or another manager in your field. After that, they'll discuss your salary expectations and give you a final offer to wrap things up.
- Could you tell me about a weakness you have?
