The whole interview process took about 3 hours. When I first got there, they had me answer some questions on their laptop, covering writing, reading, and listening. Then, I had a face-to-face interview with two HR people. After that, another interview with a language specialist to test my language skills. I was already really tired by then because the whole thing was done without any breaks. I think I lost my focus and ended up failing the interview.

Behavioral Other

Applied online and got an email from the recruiter to call them if interested. I called and the recruiter seemed busy but said I'd get an English phone assessment after completing an online personality test. I did the test but never got the assessment. I called the provided number and got voicemail. Then I called the call center, where an employee assured me the recruiter was in and I'd get a call back. That call never came. I called one last time for an update and am still waiting.

I applied online for other companies and locations, and they called me instead. First, a phone interview with the hr manager, then a second phone interview with the hr director. After that, they flew me in to meet the hotel GM. I was interviewed by the GM, hotel manager, director of F&B, and an owner representative. I also had another phone interview with a representative of the restaurant's brand. They screened me!

Behavioral Technical

Applied online, then got an online assessment that was behavioral and technical. After that, I had interviews with HR and the Revenue Director together (sometimes they are separate). The whole process from application to offer took about 2 months (around 45 to 60 days). They called me with the offer on Easter day, thankfully I was in a quiet place. Just a heads up, working days can differ in other countries, like in GCC, their weekends are Friday and Saturday, so they might call you then, which could be good if you don't need to take time off.
