I found the job on my school's career services website and they accepted me for an interview. I ended up chatting with some recruiters at the career fair, and then I had an interview later that very same day. It was a pretty typical interview, they asked me about my classes, any experience I had in the industry, and just general info about myself. They seemed to really like it when I asked them about how they got interested in the company and what working for Starwood was like.

The interview process usually starts with some typical questions like "why hotels" and "why Starwood". After that, there's a second phase which includes situational questions, and then a creative assignment where you relate hotel values to your own.

Met the company at a career fair on campus and got an interview. Had the on-campus interview the next day. The interview included about 5-6 STAR questions, so be ready with detailed answers. They asked about relocation. They usually respond within a couple of months, but if the interview went well, you'll likely get positive feedback at the end.
