First, I had to take a test that I had already completed when I applied. Then, I went onto the sales floor and listened to a few calls. After that, they asked me some questions, and then they offered me a position.

So, first things first, you gotta have a clean record, no drug test failures. They don't do credit checks though. Then you'll talk to sales managers, there's like 2 levels of interviews. The interviewers, honestly, they're not super experienced and they just ask the usual stuff. Like, are you cool with closing a deal same day? Are you actually a closer? Can you ask hard questions?
