Applied online, then got an online assessment that was behavioral and technical. After that, I had interviews with HR and the Revenue Director together (sometimes they are separate). The whole process from application to offer took about 2 months (around 45 to 60 days). They called me with the offer on Easter day, thankfully I was in a quiet place. Just a heads up, working days can differ in other countries, like in GCC, their weekends are Friday and Saturday, so they might call you then, which could be good if you don't need to take time off.

The whole thing took about a month from when I applied on Starwood's website until I got the offer, and then another three days for the drug test and background check. I'd really recommend reaching out to the hiring manager directly to try and make your application stand out. HR will give you a quick phone call to screen candidates, then call you back for an in-person interview. That first interview is all behavioral stuff, like "Tell me about a time when...". Seriously, PREPARE. After the first interview, you'll get an assessment to complete based on the job. The second interview involves meeting different team members and the General Manager. I got the offer two days after that second interview.

The interview was quick and to the point. It focused a lot on my past experiences and accomplishments. Not much was discussed about future potential or talent. It was basically a review of my resume.
