Behavioral Technical

The interview is held in a relaxed atmosphere. The managers are professional and get straight to the point. I've rarely encountered difficult questions, mostly easy ones. If you go in with confidence, the interviewer will likely take a liking to you immediately. For entry-level positions, you'll be considered qualified as long as you're not incompetent, answer questions without too many hesitations.

The questions they asked were: What do you know about this company? Why did you choose to apply here? Why did you leave your previous jobs? Why should I hire you? How many hours will it take to make you happy? Do you mind working at 5:00 a.m.? Then the lady left and a different lady came and asked the exact same questions.

Behavioral Other

I had a two-part interview process, starting with a Skype call since I'm away at college. The HR manager and one of the restaurant managers interviewed me. It was pretty easy and upbeat, and I think they asked a lot of situational and behavioral questions. I actually enjoyed the interview because the HR manager was really nice!
