Recruiter contacted me on Handshake to set up a phone screen. The phone screen went well, and I was informed that my subsequent interview would be with a VP. The VP was very relaxed and casual, making the conversation feel informal. I was told there would be another round, but it's been several weeks, and I haven't received any updates from the recruiter regarding next steps or a decision.

The process was very professional. It started with an introduction, then getting to know each other, and finally negotiations. They briefly talked about themselves and then asked about my professional background, not a single question about my studies. They primarily wanted to know about my experience. Negotiations were based on a specific amount, but I received a contract with 2000 euros less per year. I wasn't aware that I would have to negotiate with HR again afterwards.

The interview process was smooth. The recruiter was really amazing and nice. I haven't received an answer yet. There were 4 rounds: an HR interview, a technical interview with a senior, an assessment, and then a last formal interview with the manager and team lead. I was a bit disappointed because the last interview was told to me that it would be just formal, and then I was asked technical questions etc.

I had a conversation with a Career Manager at the career fair in Amsterdam. I had a good conversation there and became interested. The Career Manager was very spontaneous. I exchanged contact details then and was approached by the recruiter the same week. The contact went very smoothly. I had to do an online assessment and after completing it, I had my job interview with the Career Manager of the division where I would end up.
