The initial stage was informal. It was like most outsourcing companies, making things seem better than they are. They also make a lot of promises, like a project nearby. After working there, that wasn't the case at all. Too much pressure from managers to accept any assignment, regardless of your location.

Then there was a timed psychometric test, followed by a timed logical test. They also did a reference check with two people. Finally, we discussed the offer and they extended it.
