Honestly, just lie your way through the interview process. They don't care about anything else than what you say during the interviews. Telling them some fancy motivation about why you want to join weighs more than an actual degree in IT you spend years on (time and money).

I was contacted by a recruiter via email. There was a first phone call with them. Then a second interview is scheduled with 2 managers via video. What's a shame is that once the interviews are done, they offer a salary that's not at all in the salary range discussed with the recruiter and the managers. Yet, they weren't blocked on what was asked. Advice: To save everyone time, avoid continuing a recruitment process if you can't offer a salary aligned with what's asked.

I met the regional HR recruiter at my college's job fair and we hit it off. He asked me to email him my unofficial transcript, resume, and list of dates and times I could talk on the phone to further discuss opportunities at Sogeti. I talked to him on the phone for an initial screening for about half an hour within the week. Then was told I would be contacted later in the week to set up a face-to-face office interview. I ended up having another phone interview with a project leader about a week after my first phone interview. Four days after my second phone interview, I was contacted by the regional HR recruiter and was offered a full time position.
