It was a 2 round interview process. First round was technical questions, asked by 2 interviewers who were of the same or senior positions to the role I applied for. Second round was with the hiring manager and delivery manager, focusing more on past work and the roles and responsibilities of a test manager/consultant.

The interview was conducted over the phone, and the recruiter was very interested in my candidacy due to a suitable project with a client that was available at the time. The client's work location was not at the company's office and required travel and overnight stays. Only after I inquired about the contract terms regarding travel expenses did I learn that travel time is considered personal time and is not compensated. No exceptions are possible either. Following this, I withdrew my application.
