The interview process was straight forward and simple. It started with an intro call, then the first-round interview, and finally an interview with a couple seniors from your potential team.

It was a friendly interview, and the employer seemed professional and curious about my life, what I wanted to do in the role, and how I'd fit into the company culture and their clients' culture.

Technical Behavioral

Went through two phone interviews, then an in-person interview with 4 other people. Honestly felt like a big waste of time. The HR rep described the role one way, but then the people I spoke with later had a totally different take on what the job actually entailed. When it became obvious they were trying to pull a fast one and offer a role I wasn't interested in, I bowed out. They really wasted my time, and I wasn't happy about it. I should have checked Glassdoor first. Seems like they overcharge clients for minimal value, just providing a warm body to bill hours. Definitely not a fan.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • They asked me some basic IT questions for about 20 minutes to verify my understanding of the subject.
