First I had a call with HR, then with the manager, and the third interview was with my manager's manager. It was pretty smooth, conducted in Spanish and then in English. They asked me about my past experience and why I want to work at the company.

It was a pretty chill interview process. First, there was a quick informal chat. Then, a more formal interview. Lastly, a short online video interview where I had to answer a couple of questions on camera without a live person. The interviewers were easy-going and asked standard questions, nothing too tough.

The hiring process was a bit messy and not very clear. After a quick chat, I was put into a technical interview, then they asked for references, and then set up a final interview. But, they canceled the final interview last minute because the manager had something urgent come up, and said they'd reschedule. A month later, I asked for an update. Two weeks after that, they told me the process was on hold but was starting again and they'd be in touch. I never heard back though. Then, like four months later, I got an automated email saying they'd picked someone else.

So, there are two rounds for this interview. The first round is a general chat with HR and the hiring manager. It's mainly to get to know you and see if you've got the right skills and stuff for the role. If you pass that, you move to the second round, which is a more in-depth interview, again with HR and the hiring manager. This is the really important one, and it's for people who we think are a good fit. Basically, everything we looked for in the first interview needs to line up here for us to bring you on board.
