First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Siemens Gamesa.
Process Engineer
The hiring process was a bit messy and not very clear. After a quick chat, I was put into a technical interview, then they asked for references, and then set up a final interview. But, they canceled the final interview last minute because the manager had something urgent come up, and said they'd reschedule. A month later, I asked for an update. Two weeks after that, they told me the process was on hold but was starting again and they'd be in touch. I never heard back though. Then, like four months later, I got an automated email saying they'd picked someone else.
- Could you share your experience with us?
Industrial Engineer
I applied via LinkedIn and after 2 months they called me for an interview. The interview didn't seem very structured or prepared by the company. I didn't get any feedback from them about the reasons or anything.
- Tell me about your resume and professional experience.
Reliability Engineer
The interview process involves three interview rounds plus an online personality test and a logic test. The first round is a call with the HR partner, where you introduce yourself. The second round is a meeting with the hiring manager and a colleague, where you both introduce yourselves and discuss work experience. The third round is another meeting with the hiring manager and a colleague, where you will solve a real technical case and present your solution.
- Tell me about a significant challenge you faced and how you overcame it.
