There was a self-interview, kinda like what you'd see on an online interview site. They asked me why I applied and what made me want to join Siemens Gamesa. My advice? Tailor your answers to your work experiences that match the job description.

So my interview had 3 parts. First was the HR person, we talked about my resume and the job. Then I met the hiring manager, who mostly wanted to see if I'd fit with the team long-term, no technical stuff. The last part was a logic and personality test. After that, I got the offer.

The whole process took 5 months. They put me through 3 rounds initially, and then I had to wait for 3 months. The recruiter kept saying the hiring manager was busy. Meanwhile, the hiring manager kept reposting the same job with different descriptions. Finally, after 5 months of waiting, I was told I was rejected. It seems like the hiring manager doesn't know what he wants and wastes candidates' time. No feedback was given, which is disappointing, especially during COVID when jobs are hard to find. I wouldn't recommend interviewing with this company.
