Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Siemens Gamesa.
Buyer
First I had a call with HR, then with the manager, and the third interview was with my manager's manager. It was pretty smooth, conducted in Spanish and then in English. They asked me about my past experience and why I want to work at the company.
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
- Tell me something that wasn't on your resume.
Scheduler
They tried to reach me by random calls without an email to set up the time so it was really painful to communicate. People can't be ready anytime for an interview.
- Can you describe a time you solved a problem in your professional life?
Procurement Specialist
Only the technical interview part of the hiring process took place. I was asked general questions about the job description and my submitted documents. The interviewer was nice. I heard back about the interview after about a month. The whole thing was pretty chill.
- Could you describe the skills needed for the position and any software skills listed in the job description?
