Got a screening with a recruiter, then prepped for the initial round. The first round was with a manager, we talked generally about what I accomplished. Then they offered a second round with another program manager that would've been a STAR interview, but I actually got rejected before that second round happened. I asked for feedback but didn't get any reply.

So, there are two rounds for this interview. The first round is a general chat with HR and the hiring manager. It's mainly to get to know you and see if you've got the right skills and stuff for the role. If you pass that, you move to the second round, which is a more in-depth interview, again with HR and the hiring manager. This is the really important one, and it's for people who we think are a good fit. Basically, everything we looked for in the first interview needs to line up here for us to bring you on board.
