There were 3 rounds in total. The first was a technical online round where they asked questions on Python and dictionaries, and some questions about SQL and SQL performance. The second round was an online managerial round, which happened after a week. The panel was very friendly and asked some situational technical questions related to my project. The third round was a face-to-face interview, where again there were some Python and Python dictionary questions, and some hypothetical situational scenarios, for which I had to provide my approach.

They have this requirement for 12 years of experience for someone with only 4 years of experience. First, they look at the resume. I got through 2 rounds but in the 3rd round, they said I didn't have enough skills. It's weird because how did I pass the first 2 rounds then? They really wanted someone who could handle everything in the project with just 4 years of experience.
