The interview process felt like they were just asking the same old questions, but in the end, they ended up hiring someone from within the company. I really thought I had a good shot and was a perfect fit for the role, but it seemed like the whole thing was just a box-ticking exercise on their part.

It was a cool dynamic and the interviewers were really good at it. The platform used (teams) was a great choice and the questions asked were well thought out, however the process brings a lot of pressure and can make it difficult for the candidate to think quickly, you need to be attentive during the dynamic and keep in mind that you are there to shine and need to give your best, showing your strongest points.

After sending my CV, I got an email to do personality and logic testing. Within 2 days, I received an interview invitation for a role as Material Planner. The first interview was with HR. Post-interview, I was asked to provide two references, and HR contacted them for feedback. Subsequently, I got another interview invitation, this time with the line manager. After this interview, the manager contacted me with an offer. The entire process was completed within two weeks, which was quite efficient.
