Software Quality Assurance Engineer
The whole test process was completed in one day, and references were taken the same day. I'm not entirely satisfied with Scania's hiring process because it's quite annoying, and they don't even reply to emails, which is a very bad point. Despite having a full recruitment team, they seem to waste candidates' time and aren't efficient, just showing up. I've been interviewed multiple times at Scania. It appears the company is very selective, suggesting they really care about choosing good candidates, but this isn't always true. Sometimes they hire without asking proper, good questions, and other times they act like they're looking for exceptional candidates. The inside story at Scania is they need many people, but no one is serious about hiring. My message to Scania is to give candidates a chance; your 10-minute test can't show their qualities or skills, it's useless and causes a lot of stress during the interview.

Tester
When I was starting out, Sabri Tech was a small IT services company focused on the telecom solutions for Warid and Telenor. The interview was brief and mainly about my education, interests, hobbies, and future aspirations.
- Can you tell me about your educational background?
