The interview process felt like they were just asking the same old questions, but in the end, they ended up hiring someone from within the company. I really thought I had a good shot and was a perfect fit for the role, but it seemed like the whole thing was just a box-ticking exercise on their part.

Behavioral Technical Other

The interview process begins with an HR interview, followed by a technical interview. However, for me, the technical interview wasn't actually technical; it was more focused on product and team discussions. The interview was conducted by the team manager, who wasn't from a technical background and thus didn't have extensive knowledge of coding.
