System Analyst
It was a smooth process, the whole thing took under 3 weeks. The HR and managers were friendly to talk to throughout. Background check is part of the interview process, which is pretty standard.
- Can you tell me how you handle stress?

The interview started with a relaxed chat with HR. It then moved straight to meeting with the department manager and head. The whole hiring process took about two weeks from the initial interview.
- Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Business Analyst
The interview process included a hiring manager meeting, an HR meeting with the hiring manager, and an onsite meeting with the team. The offer was extended via a Teams phone call. I was contacted by the hiring manager and given the job offer. After reviewing the details, I inquired about a minor salary adjustment via email. The hiring manager replied stating a raise was not possible and wished me luck. I then accepted the offer, but never heard back.
