Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Scania.
Intern
It was a cool dynamic and the interviewers were really good at it. The platform used (teams) was a great choice and the questions asked were well thought out, however the process brings a lot of pressure and can make it difficult for the candidate to think quickly, you need to be attentive during the dynamic and keep in mind that you are there to shine and need to give your best, showing your strongest points.
- Which accomplishment are you most proud of
Internal Control Manager
I had lots of interviews. First, a brief chat with HR, then two interviews with my direct manager. After that, I interviewed with the Regional Finance CFO and HR. All the interviews were really professional and the atmosphere was welcoming, not negative or accusatory.

You need to show up, talk about your work history, explain why you're interested in the company, mention your family situation, and if you have any particular interests. You should also know about Scania and always ask questions if you're unsure about anything.
- Can you tell me about your work experience?
- What is your age?
- What are your working hours availability?
